Account Warming
Gradually increasing account activity on a new account to build history and appear legitimate before using it for target actions.

Full Definition
Account warming (or account seasoning) is the process of establishing a credible activity history on a newly created account before using it for its intended purpose — such as running ads, listing products, or posting content at scale. Platforms score accounts based on their age, activity pattern, and consistency. A brand-new account that immediately starts high-volume activity looks suspicious. Warming involves browsing normally, interacting with content, completing profile setup, and making small transactions over a period of days or weeks. The warming process must be done on the same IP and browser profile that the account will use long-term — switching identities mid-warming resets trust signals.
